Thanks for shopping with Second Best Innovations Below is how shipping works for all orders placed on our website.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to United States addresses only (including Alaska and Hawaii where carrier service is available). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and/or their regional delivery partners.
Split Shipments (Important)
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking updates for each shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately at info@Secondbestinnovations.com
If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Undeliverable / Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we can reship it once confirmed. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package:
- Check around your delivery area and with neighbors/building management.
- Contact the carrier to file a claim.
- Email us at info@Secondbestinnovations.com and we’ll help however we can.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@Secondbestinnovations.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review and make it right (replacement or refund where appropriate).
